Wardwizard Unveils New EV Models, Sets Bold Sales Targets

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility, a Vadodara-based electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced ambitious plans to expand its footprint in India’s growing EV market.

The company aims to sell 42,000 units in FY24, including 2,000 electric three-wheelers, as it diversifies its portfolio to include passenger and cargo three-wheelers.

Looking further ahead, Wardwizard projects sales of 50,000 electric two-wheelers and 10,000 three-wheelers by FY26.

This marks a strategic shift as the company targets 30-35% of future sales from the electric three-wheeler segment.

Recently, Wardwizard introduced four new models under its Joy-e-rik and Joy-e-bike brands, including two passenger and two cargo e-three-wheelers.

Notable offerings include the Joy-e-rick, priced at ₹3.85 lakh (ex-showroom) and boasting a range of 150 km per charge, and the Joy Bandhu, starting at ₹1.34 lakh (ex-showroom) and with a range of up to 120 km.

The cargo models are priced at ₹4.24 lakh and ₹1.30 lakh, respectively.

The company also launched the Nemo, a high-speed electric scooter priced at ₹99,000 (₹98,000 introductory offer).

Designed for urban commuters, it features three drive modes and an impressive running cost of 17 paise per kilometer.

With a production capacity of 1.8 lakh units annually, Wardwizard is positioning itself to capture a larger share of India’s growing EV market.
